Hand dyed cottons and bits of silk, commercial cottons, fused, machine quilted. Mounted on painted and textured wood panel, with fabric accents, 14x11x1"

 The panel was textured to look like slate, using modeling compound, then painted in slate shades to match the fabric.

    I love this piece!... The colors, the wood back, the design. Call me crazy but in this "abstract", I see a girl lying on a bed! Was that intentional?
